All deliveries will need to be pre-booked to access to the lorry way.
Booking your vehicle
For a seamless process, it is essential that all vehicles needing access to the venue's loading bays are pre-booked on the ExCeL London Vehicle Booking System. For more information please click here.
Vans with a height up to 2.8m are charged at a flat rate of £25.00 per day.
Parking on the red route is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty charge notice.

Smaller personal vehicles up to 1.9m are charged at a flat rate of £25.00 per day.

Blue badge holders can park for £25 per day in one of the clearly marked bays in the car park.
There is an £80 fine without displaying a valid blue badge.

Coach parking
Coach parking will only be allocated to those who have pre-booked using this form.
- Coach and minibus parking is charged at a flat rate of £50.00 per day.
- Drop-offs and pick-up are at the west taxi rank only, postcode E16 1XL. Click here for our campus map.
- Please ensure that drivers turn off their engines and do not idle even when they are in a queue. The west taxi rank is close to residential properties and a nursery.
- During busy periods members of the traffic team or a concierge will be managing the traffic flow. Please ensure that drivers comply with instructions and treat our teams with respect.
- Parking is subject to availability for minibuses under 2.8m high. Please pre-book in advance.
Access to the car park is only via the A13, please see map below.
